THE NEON SHADOW ✨
It was a brilliant dance theatre story based on the Hans Christian Anderson story The Shadow. Very moving, a bit scary and thrilling.

West End Run : Theatre Royal Haymarket 2026.
What a PRIVILEGE and a JOY to have been a part of this utterly beautiful, moving, funny, uplifting NEW MUSICAL.
I never take for granted the experience of making new shows, let alone being in a West End Show. My west end debut was nearly 24 years ago (HOW?!?) and it still feels utterly magical. 🥹
The most INSPIRING creative team - I’ve LOVED performing in this show every night and looking after it during the run!!
AND….. my @tomjacksongreaves ♥️ I can’t tell you how proud I am of you …. To be able to be by your side bringing this one to life will be highlight forever - we did a west end show together 🥹😍🥹 you are the best!! THANK YOU 🥹♥️

I’m so thrilled to be a part of the original west end cast of @haroldfrymusical 🌟
Having been a part of the workshops at the start of this year and then getting to see the first dress rehearsal in Chichester, I could not be more grateful to be a part of this MEGA team on this beautiful and moving theatrical ride!
I never take for granted the opportunities that come my way, and to be in an original west end cast as Dance Captain and assistant choreographer to my superstar @tomjacksongreaves is literally what dreams are made of! I could not be prouder!

I am having the greatest time on tour with THE MIDNIGHT BELL!!
I get to play 2 brilliant Roles : FRANK and MR ERNEST RALPH GORSE!
This really is dance theatre / dance drama / dance musical theatre at its best.
We have a cast of @mbnewadventures legends who are also bloody hilarious, talented and lovely!!
Our 2 week Sadler’s Wells run is fast approaching (10th-21st June) - would love to see some friends during the limited London run.

I’ll be touring with Matthew Bourne’s THE MIDNIGHT BELL this year.
Particularly excited to be touring to my home city Brighton @theatreroyalbtn ♥️
I first danced with the incredible @mbnewadventures 20 years ago in SWAN LAKE - 20 years???
So … this is a very special contract, performing in a very special show with friends I’ve known and danced with for many years!! Feeling Very Lucky!
All the love and thanks to @matthewbourne13 and @ettamurf and all at @mbnewadventures who have been a constant through my loooooooooooooong career in theatre (so far) …. You simply are the best!

I’m buzzing to join the cast of the world premiere stage production of @TomFletcher ‘s THE CREAKERS!
I’ll be playing the roles of Piers Snorgan , Toby and Guff (creaker). Whilst also keeping that Dance Captain hat on!! 🤩
We’ll be on at @theatreroyalplymouth during October Half Term before heading to @soutbankcentre for Christmas. It is directed and choreographed by my brilliant @tomjacksongreaves and it’s gonna be so exciting!!!
