There goes the virtues of a man that we most respect
Because for us, he is a Father among Fathers,
a Priest among Priest, and a Shepherd from God
An astute teacher of God's word amongst the league of teachers
A Friend to all who connects to his spots
A man whose loins so many wished to have emanated
Because he possesses within him a kingly and Godly heart.
To our Father and Priest that we all and sundry are fond of
Whose soft words were adorned for glory
To a leader and visionary personified, we do cherish
To a provider, protector and peaceful soul we do salute
He is not a man of many words, even though he is a current account deposit of words
To a man whose fragrance, is comely,
and personality reflect homeliness.
To a man whose capacity speaks in volumes,
but looks tender and meek from all points
To the one created after the image of the second Adam,
and the radiating essence of his brightness
To the one who can loose the bound and set the captive free
To a potpourri of distinction and humanity
And one who has a bowel full of glee
Yes! I submit that I lack appropraite words to describe his personality,
But for this cause I confess, that;
He is a cynosure of inspiration and grim
Cause in his soul, lies the harmony and symphony of greatness
He is a role model, with kingly attitude and mannerism
I am yet to meet a man like him for he has no duplicate.
This is no story telling cos we are eye-witnesses of his lifestyle.
Thank you for answering to God's call
Thank you for your consistency in raising leaders,
Thank you for teaching us the deep secrets and principles of God's kingdom.
Thank you for the words you release for our grow
Thank you for breaking moulded beliefs and simplifying the gospel for our learning and edification.
Thank you for caring so much about your flocks.

The answer to the question is one of the major reasons, some marketers are better than the others.
It is unfortunate that 'copywriter A' may put up a creative work and still fail to generate leads. While 'Mr B' would put up something less creative than the former and generate better leads.
Few years ago, Harry McMahan drew the world's attention to agencies who were winning the CLIO award for creativity went out of business within a short period of time. Hence, while some adverts may appeal to the target audience, they do not generate leads for selling the products involve.
I am not in anyway stating one should not be creative when advertisingI am only saying that when there is a conflict between "being creative or generating leads" on the said products. The latter should assume precedence.
