The Izote Ensemble is an accomplished chamber group hailing from El Salvador, Cuba, México, and Chile composed of Pablo Méndez (father) and Pablo Méndez (son), Milan Méndez (son), Alfredo Ortiz and Christian Moraga. United by both familial ties and a shared artistic vision, the ensemble represents a unique synthesis of cultural heritage and musical excellence.
Somos NELA is a family-friendly, and community-centered market that uplifts local artisans, working class families, people of color, and small businesses in Northeast LA.
