Announcing the next “ _____ visiting Belle Isle “ chef, big dawg hyung himself Edmond Hong with his new ongoing project
@stones_nyc . He’ll be doing a full take over of the kitchen April 19th & 20th (I’ll be koreamaxxing and helping out 🫢)
We met in Brooklyn when Edmond was manning Achilles Heel with some mutual friends, Edmonds been big bro since. We started by sharing a kinship in Asian American food, but developed closer friendship between his project Stones & my journey from going independent. (HE HELPED US OUT AT RHODORA)
I’m so stoked to get to show off Stones to Toronto before they go super international.🫡
