I’m running in the 20th Annual Race for the Rescues in 2 weeks, Nov 15, an incredible event that raises money to save the lives of homeless and neglected animals throughout Southern California.
I’m fundraising on behalf of The Rescue Train, a nonprofit that gives second chances to pets in need.
Asking for the money is the hardest thing for me to do, not fun! Personally I hate it but when I see all those homeless animals that need our help the ones that are strays that did not have a home but could have a nice warm home or the ones who were owner surrender and don't know why they are sitting in a steal, cold cage, without thier humans confused, I know I have to do something.
Your donation, no matter the size, can help:
Spay or neuter a dog or cat, reducing shelter overcrowding
Provide urgent medical care for an injured stray
Rescue a dog from euthanasia
Or offer a safe place for a kitten to grow, heal, and find a forever home.
These are real outcomes made possible by people like you.
If you’ve ever loved a pet, or rooted for the underdog, I hope you’ll consider donating to my race. I’ve attached a photo that shows exactly who your gift will help.
