Sophie’s Afternoon Tea introduces a matcha edition, celebrating the deep, rounded notes and elegant aroma of premium Japanese matcha.
Four savouries blend Japanese and Western flavours, from matcha and bluefin tuna tartlet to Hokkaido mascarpone cream and wasanbon kuzumochi, followed by six desserts including matcha tiramisu, cheesecake, pudding, and raspberry mousse.
Surrounded by greenery and soft light, it is a peaceful afternoon made for matcha lovers, easy conversations, and gathering with friends.

A Manhattan reimagined through Sashimacha and umeshu in Kairakuen & Sashimacha, alongside the subtle spice of Sansho Punch, reflects a menu grounded in Japanese ingredients and a measured approach.
As the night deepens, DJ sets on Fridays and Saturdays gently alter the rhythm, carrying the mood beyond the last sip.
東京エディション銀座のPunch Room Tokyo。 落ち着いた光と幾重にも重なるテクスチャーに包まれた空間では、デザインとカクテルが等しく雰囲気を形づくる。 猿島茶と梅のニュアンスが、マンハッタンを新鮮に再解釈した「偕楽園と猿島茶」や、山椒のスパイスがほのかに香る「山椒パンチ」など、日本の素材を活かした一杯が今宵の主役に。金曜と土曜はDJのサウンドが空気を高めて、カクテルの味わいと夜の余韻が、より長く続くように感じられて。

On the 15th floor, The ROOF reopens for the new season on April 10 as a green retreat above the city.
