I had the great pleasure of partnering with @edirollerdance on Sat 18 April 2026 for an incredible afternoon with some fab skaters!
The plan going in was to share some “American Call Out” routines, like downtowns and g-slides. What we ended up doing were routines and combos that I hold dear to my heart. One was created & taught to me by @therealskateline_rick (EGB Remix) and the other is a fundamental move to my own flow (Hourglass).
We ended up breaking down all the pieces into their own riffs and letting the moves flow out of our bodies in ways that felt truly our own.
My intention when teaching is always one of empowerment. No body is the same. Therefore no move will ever look exactly the same from body to body. I want to help people embrace the moves that feel best in their own bodies so they can incorporate them into their flow. To help people feel the MOST like themselves on wheels. This class delivered on that intention.
I am so grateful to the crew of ladies who tried new things and got really silly, too! We had some BIG laughs in class. The 3.5 hours flew by. I can’t wait to come back 💜
