The next open mic on 2/19 at Always Here Books @alwaysherebooks - it's also my Chapbook Release Party!! I started putting it together during an artist residency at Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center @ifccfriends last Fall. edging/press came into being out of the need to see beautiful work like @givenqdaviswrites ‘s poetry collected into a book. It’s an absolute pleasure to publish Feeding of Tomorrow’s Soil. Given Q Davis organizes and hosts @queerpoetrytakeover and is currently editing the first Black Trans Poetry Anthology @blacktranspoetrypdx ! We’re finalizing layouts and will be sharing the process as this book becomes available.
