After several years of not caring about what went inside my body, I’d say my first cut has been pretty successful.
Everyone who has known me for a long time knows that I have always enjoyed gorging myself with food fast and in large amounts. This cut has taught me many lessons on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits that I hope to keep practicing throughout my life.
