I posted this video last year. I suppose I just got fed up with young people being advised to eat junk food in the fitness community. It was heartbreaking to see the negative effects of those foods slowly develop. Acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, depression, anxiety, tiredness, mood swings…those conditions, and some, are linked to the consumption of ultra processed foods. Remember this, there is nothing that you can do with ultra processed foods that real foods can’t do better. The body prefers food that it is meant to eat, food that nature made. Whether you agree with me or not, my message is simple. Whatever symptoms you may have, try switching your food choices to real foods for a few days. I am telling you that it might make a difference. If you want to build muscle, go to the gym and exercise. After that, eat single ingredient foods. There is nothing you can get from the products I am holding in the video that you cannot get from real foods. Real food is something that grew in the ground, or came from an animal that ate the food from the ground. Anything else won’t do! And, please stop believing the nonsense about whey protein - I believed them too. The reality is that whey is a chemical potion made in laboratories using a waste product that farmers discarded for years. Read the ingredients’ lists of the products. I can’t believe they’re still educating youngsters in universities, colleges and schools to count calories. To me, it’s one of the most stupid things that we’ve been brainwashed to do. The reason why many don’t want to unlearn, is due to the fact that it might work to a certain extent, because you will be starving yourself and depriving your body of nutrients. The human body is governed by hormones. When you’re counting calories, and eating nutrient striped foods that instruct your body to store fat rather than spend the energy, you’re constantly tired and hungry. You might lose some weight, but you’ll pile it back on and often more because you have not addressed the root cause of your fat gain. There is too much insulin in your blood and your body has been instructed by your hormones to store the energy as fat rather than spend it. Oftentimes, the hardest part of learning is unlearning. I make these videos to educate people so that they can right the wrongs that we have been brainwashed to believe with regard to nutrition. I know there are many listening to what I’m saying and making lifestyle changes, or at least being aware of the nonsense they try to sell us. As soon as you make these lifestyle changes with your food, you will feel amazing. Many members of my community have done so and so have some of my followers.
