You are directly compensated for the value you bring to the marketplace. 5 years ago it would’ve been unreal to make this in a YEAR. Now it’s an expected DAY just to be able to pay the bills of the operation. People online are all taking agency advice from people who have built an agency to 200k a month with 100k in ad spend… We only spend 40k a month in marketing for ourselves and focus on RETENTION and holding customers for longer by providing more value. Your favorite guru would never show you a screenshot like this...because they’ve never done it. Yet everyone is trying to learn from people who haven’t done it. We only churn less than 5% of our clients compared to industry standard of 13% and we do so with the quality of service w provide. If you’re doing more than $1M per year in your marketing or sales agency and you want to be in a group of people who normalize getting to 8-figures, hit my DMs. PS. I don't care what your CV says, if you can't complete a 15-minute assignment exactly as instructed, you're not qualified. The hardest part of hiring today is seeing through bullshit. ChatGPT and AI mean everyone can fake their way through interviews. You need ways to verify legitimacy that AI can't game. I don't care about your PhD. If you can't follow my exact step-by-step instructions on a simple assignment, you're disqualified. Some take 45 minutes to finish. You can tell immediately who's faking. They don't even try. They submit sloppy work, skip steps, ignore instructions. That tells you everything about how they'll perform on the actual job. Stop hiring based on credentials. Test execution before signing offers.

It’s insane to think that these two beautiful girls just turned 2 & 4. I actually sat at my two year olds bed on her birthday and cried a little bit because I realized how fast time is flying. We get so consumed in trying to make our career bigger and do more stuff at work and in that moment I realized that all if it means nothing if we look up and realized we missed so much of our kids growing up. Seeing their charisma and energy and smiles just makes you want to spend more time with them and be there to help them grow faster. That being said…these girls would not be who they are without their incredible mother @terrymouannes There is NOTHING more valuable to a household and family than a mother. This woman gives everything she’s got for these two girls. She has them in different sports and programs every single day. She never misses a beat for an event to take them to. She’s always keeping them active mentally and physically and NO WAY these girls are who they are without the impact their mother has made. Im feeling so grateful today for the amazing family we have. If you don’t have kids I hope you one day get to experience it. If you don’t have an amazing partner yet, I hope you one day can experience it. There is nothing better than the joy of your family when you come home and they all run up to you with huge smiles and hugs. To all my dads out there, remind yourself to spend more time with your family. Time will fly and you’ll realize they’ll never be the same age today ever again. Cherish it more. Personal brand is the difference between being invisible at events and having opportunities walk up to you unprompted. I showed up to my best friend's wedding. A guy approached me saying his son watches my content and loves the videos. He owns five mechanic shops doing $300K monthly net profit each. He wanted me as a partner to expand to 50 locations. That conversation represents hundreds of millions in opportunity over time. It happened because his son shared my videos and we ended up at the same wedding. 250 people attended that wedding. Decamillionaires, jewelry shop owners, people with $50 million in land. He didn't know any of them. He bee-lined to me at the bar because of personal brand. The wealthy people sitting at his table got nothing. I got a partnership opportunity worth nine figures. That's what authority does that money alone can't.

10,000 people who've watched your content 100 times beats a million who saw it once. Most sellers show prospects one ad, make one impression, then disappear. They're competing for attention in a sea of single touchpoints. Meanwhile, you're building depth. The prospect has seen five, ten, twenty of your videos. "This person's everywhere. This seems like someone I should trust." When it's time to buy, they choose the person they've seen repeatedly over the stranger who showed up once. Depth beats reach when familiarity creates trust. Stop optimizing for new eyeballs. Start optimizing for repeated exposure with the same audience until you become the obvious choice.

5 years ago, I was working out of my parents house in a bedroom… I didn’t have any money saved up, after years of working jobs, and I had to find a way to make money without having it. I built the entire agency out of that bedroom. By “entire agency” I mean an agency that was doing 60k/month with a few team members overseas and I was pocketing 75% margin for myself. Over the years, I have helped over 200 agency owners scale past 250k/month and I have never given the opportunity for anyone under 100k a month to be a part of that group. That’s why over the last 90 days we have put together the greatest agency operator program to ever exist.
