Took me awhile to craft this post. A week has passed and I am going to do a special shoutout. First time creating a piece in a different setting for a production. It has been many years since my polytechnic days. But this time round I get to this with my G @ckarel The struggle was real for both of us. With CK being far away, our plannings were held through FaceTime and messages. Despite ALL of that, WE DID IT! ‘Essence of Two’ became our original which turns out pretty well. My level of anxiety kept crawling into my head every-time we need prepare for vetting. Thank you G @ckarel for being my safe space and being the one to remind me that we got this! As cliche as it may sounds, Thank you for doing this with me. I hope through this process, it somehow has ignited the fire in you to pursue more in krump. I’m going to manifest that this piece could go far and bigger someday.
