The Dance of the Peony: The undressing of the peony bud into bloom resembles a graceful ballet. This time-lapse video, created for @FreddiesFlowers , showcases the nation's favourite flower. Despite encountering the expected resistance of nature's free will, it turned out alright, still.
A reminder of the quiet, essential work happening all around us. Based in South East London, this dedicated group of psychotherapists @10windsorwalkplaygroup offers support to families who are sometimes isolated and often pushed to the margins of society. Their passion was truly infectious. Take 2 minutes out of your day to hear their story...
This one was fun to film - someone performing at the top of their game at the very highest level, incredibly humble... charisma for days. Cheers @antoinesemenyo 👊
Navigating the accelerating landscape of AI whilst raising a family feels jarring - a tension that’s fast becoming part of everyday life.
I filmed an absorbing conversation with Giovanna Fletcher and the Karley family, discussing the growing influence of AI across their work, newsfeeds and friendships.

Collaborated with some fine folk last month, capturing gripping insights from the journalists and reporters who know footballing demi-god Pep Guardiola best. 10 years of success at Citeh and asking what comes next?

Braving the elements to capture the fire. 🔥🎥 A hero video for fire-pit creators @ecofuego_firepits , shot deep in a Henley forest in mid-January—cold, wind, and rain couldn’t stop us!
I’ve had a bunch of new followers recently (hello!) so I thought it was about time I introduced myself. I’m not usually one for the camera, but I wanted to put a face to the name—so here goes!
I’m Tom—the face behind TWJR Carpentry. I’ve been a carpenter for over 20 years, and in that time, I’ve done a bit of everything—from building houses to crafting sets for film and adverts.
I grew up in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, but I’ve been in London for 18 years. A few years ago when Covid struck, I took a step back to rethink what I really wanted to do. That led to a big shift: in 2021, I moved to South London, built my own workshop, and started a family. Ever since I’ve been focusing on bespoke fitted furniture, designing, making, & painting everything from custom wardrobes to alcove units & everything inbetween.
Four years on, I’ve never looked back. I love what I do, and nothing beats seeing how happy people are with the end result.
A huge thank you to all my past and current clients for trusting me with your projects. If you’re looking for high-quality, made-to-measure carpentry, drop me a message—I’d love to chat about your ideas.
📩 DM me to start your next project!
