Your ECWANDC leaders were proud to attend the 2026 State of Black California Conference this past Friday.
We joined powerful policymakers from the California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) and researchers from the UCLA Ralph J. Bunche Center for African American Studies to discuss a robust 2026 equity package.
