Start with Swedish. Then niche out. Before you specialize in deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Thai, lymphatic, or any other technique… you need a foundation. Swedish massage teaches you how to feel tissue, move with flow, build confidence with touch, and understand how the body responds under your hands. It’s not “basic.” It’s the base. Once you master the foundation, your niche becomes stronger, safer, and more effective. Ready to begin your massage career with the right foundation? Comment « SW400 » and we’ll send you the program details.

You can’t skip the foundation and expect to master the niche. Before the specialty, before the advanced techniques, before the “signature style” there’s Swedish 400. This is where real hands-on skill begins. The class that builds your base and prepares you to move into any niche with more confidence, clarity, and purpose. Everyone wants the niche. But not everyone is willing to start where it actually counts. Start with Swedish 400. Then build your edge from there. Follow for more videos like this . Hey you have to start somewhere , join us 🙌🏼

Comment MET23 if you want the link. 🔥 A few years ago, I almost burned out as a massage therapist. My thumbs hurt. My wrists were cooked. My shoulders were constantly tight. And I thought that was just “part of the job.” Nobody taught me biomechanics. Nobody taught me leverage. Nobody taught me how to create deep results WITHOUT destroying my own body. So I became obsessed with finding a better way. That pain pushed me to study sports massage, myofascial work, Thai massage, movement, and body mechanics around the world. Eventually, it helped me win multiple international massage championships and work with high-level athletes. But the biggest win? I can now treat stronger, bigger clients with LESS effort and BETTER outcomes. That’s exactly what I’m teaching May 23rd & 24th at in Dorval. 🗓 May 23–24 ⏰ 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. We’ll cover: ✔ Efficient myofascial techniques ✔ High-leverage body mechanics ✔ Mobility & tissue release ✔ Sustainable pressure without killing your hands ✔ Treatment flow that actually makes sense This workshop is for therapists who want longevity, better results, and MAXIMUM GAINZ without burnout. 💪

A beautiful story indeed for Camille. She first took the Thai Massage course at École Setsuko and fell in love with the practice. From there, she acquired a Thai massage clinic, travelled to Thailand to train as an official Thai massage teacher, and now her story continues… She is teaching Thai Massage Level 1 at École Setsuko with bilingual instruction available in English and French. Jenni and Master Orachon didn’t just go to Thailand. They went to bring the roots of Thai massage home. For Jenni, Thai culture has always held a special place in her heart, ever since she experienced the warmth, hospitality, and generosity that Master Orachon has shown her over the years. Now, Master Orachon has brought her to where it all began. And Jenni is bringing that experience back to École Setsuko, to share the lineage, the culture, and the heart behind Thai massage. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from that experience. You don’t have to fully commit to a full Thai program right away, you can begin with a weekend workshop: Thai Foot Reflexology May 11–12, 2026 10 AM–5 PM École Setsuko, Dorval (Unfortunately not in Thailand) A beautiful way to experience Thai healing traditions, learn practical techniques, and feel if this path is for you.

COMMENT “MET23” if you wanna join the workshop or see the full details 👊 This May 23–24 at Setsuko Dorval, I’m teaching my Maximum Efficiency Techniques Myofascial Workshop weekend. The best part? You DON’T have to take both days. Each workshop can be taken separately depending on what you wanna focus on. May 23 = Lower Body • Thai-inspired leverage techniques • Hip mobility & SI joint work • Glutes, hamstrings, adductors, calves & plantar fascia • Joint play + traction concepts • Myofascial stretching & positional release • How to create deeper pressure WITHOUT destroying your thumbs and wrists May 24 = Upper Body + MET Techniques • Neck, shoulders, traps, pecs, lats & thoracic mobility • Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) explained clinically and practically • Rotator cuff & scapular work • Sports massage flow for upper body athletes • Biomechanics for sustainable bodywork • Thai-inspired movement-based techniques you can use immediately with clients This is not just random techniques. You’ll learn treatment flow, biomechanics, leverage, and how to work smarter instead of harder. Recognized by most massage associations. 9AM–5PM • Setsuko Dorval

I built this ‘Maximum Efficiency’ myofascial system after wrecking my own wrists early in my career… now it lets me treat bigger clients, go deeper, and finish the day pain-free. Most therapists aren’t lacking skill… they’re lacking leverage and strategy. That’s exactly what I teach. I’ve spent years refining this approach through: 🥇 1st Place Canadian Sports Massage Championship 🥇 1st Place Phuket, Thailand 🥈 2nd Place USA Championship 🌍 Top 4 World Championship (Copenhagen) And after learning from top masters across Thailand + blending it with sports science… I built a system that: → protects your thumbs & wrists → lets you generate max pressure with minimal effort → actually gets results on athletes + bigger clients Now I’m teaching it LIVE 👇 📍 Myofascial Workshop – May 23 & 24 • Day 1: Upper Body • Day 2: Lower Body You can take one day or both depending on your goals. If you’re tired of feeling beat up after 4–5 clients… this is the upgrade. Comment “MET” and I’ll send you the details 💬
