NDAC 2026 is here again.
In 2022, when the Niger Delta Alternatives Convergence (NDAC) was framed, it was guided by a careful examination of the socio ecological challenges that the region has had to grapple with from pre-colonial times, the injustices that have been systematically imposed on its environment and people, the complete neglect of any reasonable measure to address or ameliorate those challenges. The 2026 NDAC will focus on the conversation around oil and gas facilities that have been abandoned and not decommissioned.
