🖊️ This past Sunday, we hosted a free Intuitive Poetry Writing Workshop with @meryahcology and @eclectuals for our Wellness Through Words series. Incorporating a meditation and channeling exercise, patrons got to reset and express their intuitive feelings into writing in this communal experience.

The INNRGY.WRK session was a hit among both those who participated and those who happened to be nearby to hear the final resulting poems. It was a powerful space where we created and healed in nature under a beautiful tree and a little more deeply connected to Self and Source. 🧿✨️
