Clients have been known to come back with 10 enhancement coatings in the palm of their hand, telling us how they just “fell off”
As a nail tech you then need to recognise the signs so you can expertly explain to the client how you know they were given a little push (or rather pull in this case! 😅)
The fact is that when enhancement products are applied properly, the bond between the natural nail and the nail product is STRONGER than the bond between natural nail plate layers.
The result? The top layers of natural nail tear and break apart as the client pulls at the coating to remove it.
Acrylic doesn’t wreck your nails…

So next time a client tries to tell you they all just pinged off, you have the supporting evidence right in front of you.
