Fun Fact… We first created a burger to serve on our Twin Peaks nights, inspired from The Double R Diner in the show.
Because it was so popular, it has now found its permanent place on the menu and quickly has become a top seller at Echoes.
And, because we live on the corner of Richmond and Roseland, the ‘Double R’ burger just makes sense.

@straydoggin is a gin made of wild botanicals, herbs and citrus hand-foraged from the Greek countryside. A portion of all their sales is donated to organizations and shelters in Greece that provide food, veterinary care and homes for stray animals.
@skinos_mastiha_spirit is made from Mastiha, a resin obtained from a mastic tree exclusively grown in Chios, Greece. It has so many magical benefits, so the liqueur made has been used as a digestive.
Fun Fact: The Echoes’ owners have family roots in Chios, Greece, so you’ll find mastiha used in many of our cocktails.
