I’ve written about mental health a lot but this is the first time I’ve felt so openly candid about my struggles with bi-polar disorder. I think as l’ve gotten older l’ve felt less shame around the subject. I was able to capture a piece of myself in this song and it ended up being very special to me. Hope you like it too 🖤
