Been wearing this one a lot lately. The slim profile, dial geometry, and monochrome finish make it feel more like a piece of architecture than a watch.

A reinterpretation of the classic Rivanera through the eyes of seconde/seconde/.
A graphic intervention inspired by the concept of the anechoic chamber: a space of subtraction, where sound is eliminated and every element is reduced to its essence.

Each one is a unique piece.
Not replicated, not repeated. It holds a moment of the project: a variation, a direction explored, a solution that stands on its own.
It takes shape during the design process, when proportions, materials and details are put to the test. At this stage, different possibilities are explored, not all are meant to become standard.
Developed by the designers at echo/neutra, once realised, these pieces revealed a distinctly eclectic character, sometimes surprising in their balance, sometimes more assertive, at times deliberately unconventional. Precisely because of their singular nature, they are not suited to serial production and find their most coherent expression as one-of-a-kind pieces.
Each one reflects a precise decision within the project: sometimes a step forward, sometimes a deviation, sometimes a possibility intentionally left open.
Only one was made.
And only one will ever exist.
Istanbul is not a city you take in all at once. It moves constantly, shifts from one rhythm to another, and reveals itself in fragments rather than in full.
What stayed with us was not only its scale or energy, but the balance it holds between movement and stillness, between intensity and quiet moments.
We took a few days there to slow down, breathe, and recharge before what’s next.
And somewhere between architecture, light, textures, and the life moving through its streets, we found exactly that: a city that clears the mind while filling it with new ideas.
A few watches came with us along the way, becoming part of those moments rather than the centre of them.
Just a short pause, a different pace, and a few frames worth keeping.
