for this months spiral sonic, host januar invited ECG, one of his favourite producers from naarm, australia. his bandcamp bio say “experimenting with everything” which you can hear in his productions ranging from deep cuts to high energy, yet always following a similar psychedelic motive. for his beton.fm dj mix, he explored hypnotic territories, creating a 1h mix to captivate and put the listener in a trance. enjoy!

After a long hiatus of not really working on new music or DJing I’ve recently got back into the flow with 2 new releases one on @underzoneco and one on @hra.berlin . I also had the privilege of being asked to record a mix for @purespacefm one of my favourite labels. In the time I took off I worked a lot on a live set which will hopefully be ready by the end of the year

after a slow unique experimental but atmospherically very sonorous initial phase the new hra podcast by ecg transitions into a fast-paced techno-trance mix that knows how to convince with an incredible number of facets. mesmerizing sounds, groovy rhythms and suggestive melodies are the focus and got put together in a special way.

A cause has come to light recently that is very close to mine and a lot of peoples hearts. So I have decided to release an album with all the sales going directly to the cause in full. Music has got myself out of very dark times so I though that this is a fitting way of raising money to go to Shelly’s 100km walk for the Black Dog Institute.
