We took this on a point-and-shoot camera @sorayaperry brought with her to The Netherlands. It took us a couple tries to get the angle right without a front-facing camera or a screen. And when we finally did, the payoff was that much sweeter. What a small, simple delight!
Kinda reminiscent of our music, tbh. Sometimes, the improv takes a second to settle and find its footing. But when it does, it can be all the more glorious. The process is part of the power of the thing.

A fun moment from our Barcelona show last fall! It's always kind of funny to try and share little bits of these songs on here, as so much of what makes an improvised piece land is the full journey and evolution of it all.
