This year was a long one for us. Justin chased his first full series, and I got to be there through all of it - watching every high, low, and late night that came with it.
What people don’t always see are the countless hours we spent together behind the scenes. The late nights in the garage doing bike work and long drives to pick up parts. The early mornings, late nights, the stress, the sacrifices, and the lack of personal time together. It takes a lot out of anyone, and honestly, it takes a toll on a relationship.
But standing there watching him cross that finish line in the number one spot, seeing him live out this dream that he’s created and worked so hard for made everything worth it. I am beyond proud of him for that.
We are both so thankful for absolutely everyone who has helped us along the way. Everyone who let us use their campers, opened their homes to us, fed us, gave us a place to sleep, or lent a hand when we needed it most. We truly wouldn’t be here without you all.
This year taught us a lot about sacrifice and love. But most of all, about what it really means to chase something together through it all.
