An Afro-Indigenous public historian, educator, activist, and artist, Morgan Lloyd is passionate about creating spaces that celebrate Black, Brown, and Indigenous stories while connecting history, culture, and imagination. Through community-centered programming and arts initiatives, Morgan’s work highlights the power of storytelling, empathy, and engagement to inspire future generations.
At ECBACC, we’ve spent 25 years helping make comics a recognized and valued part of educational and cultural institutions. Come join this important conversation and share your thoughts on why comics continue to matter in literacy, learning, and community building!
