The Paterson, NJ native averaged 16.0 PPG 3.9 RPG 4.0 APG his senior season at Boston College
Carter was apart of the 2014 Florida Final Four appearance, SEC Conference Tournament, and regular season Championship team
He dropped a career high 31 points at Rutgers in a win against Florida his freshman season
Coming out of high school, he helped lead Brewster to a 31-3 record while earning Honorable Mention NEPSAC All-New England honors, and a top 115 recruit in the country. He graduated from St. Anthony, where he was an all-state and first team all-Hudson County selection while helping lead the Friars to a NJSIAA Non-Public North B championship
