A year of personal transformation, growth and liberation
From last winter melancholia, across the himalayan mountains, where I bathed deep into Yoga as well into the holy Ganga river, to resurrecting my relationship with music making, running another glorious 1/2 marathon in sunny Prague, teaching my first Yoga classes, a luminescent Summer, and a couple of beautiful encounters, I'm grateful for the 12 months that just passed, and for being luck of roaming freely in a world where so many people struggle to survive or live.
To them and to you, reading this, I send my love and wishes for peace in your heart and soul.
And in no particular order, thank you to the following people for feeding my year with love, friendship, inspiration, care.

This cool announcement comes with a reminder of what my yoga journey has been. It slowly started 10 years ago, when yoga entered into my life as a tool to heal from a severe sciatica.
It was a very casual practice at first (10 minutes every 2/3 days) then slowly, over the years, grew into a daily devotion. As much as for my body than for my mind, breath and overall way of being.The more my body and mind were opening, the more I wanted to learn.
Going to India this year in order to go back to the fundamentals of Yoga was one of the best decisions of my life. And yet, even if I became a certified teacher, I have even more to learn than before. Making the journey so exciting and adding so much light into my personal life & musical endeavors.
What you see there is not only about body strength but as much as breath, calmness and control.
The key is to give awareness, space, time & love to your practice and everything will move with grace, like a river. Sometimes raging, sometimes quietly flowing. In balance.
