I’ve come to understand that growth is rarely loud. It happens in the early mornings when no one is watching. In the tough conversations. In the risks that didn’t come with guarantees. In the moments when quitting seemed easier, but purpose held fear together.
I’ve been fortunate to build, to lead, to learn, to unlearn. Every milestone reached reminds me that the journey is still the real prize. And while the world often counts success in titles and numbers, I count mine in impact, people, culture, and the quiet knowledge that we’re doing meaningful work.
Today isn’t just about me. It’s about every person who believed, who challenged me, who joined hands in building what we have. Thank you. I’m proud of where we are, but even more excited about where we’re going.
