Ebba vs crampon 1-1 🥹 I am very happy to be back up there again after my tumble. My biggest challenge for the day was definitely just getting comfortable enough to walk on my crampons again. The midi arête that I’ve done a hundred times suddenly felt scary. And then climbing the Arête à Laurence after that, although super easy, was a big win.
I used to thrive in exposed terrain and love heights. After my accident I now look down and I keep seeing myself tumbling 🥲 I never had that before. It’s weird how a trauma can rewire your brain. I’m hoping I will get back to feeling very comfortable again. But I also think that maybe this is my best takeaway from my fall; I’m always gonna be even more careful now. I don’t care if I look like an old grandma as I move on a ridge or the steeps from now on, I’m just so incredibly happy to be there 😊 these mountains are too beautiful to not be on!!
Also thanks so friggin much for the mega support I got on my accident post a couple of days ago. It means more than you know ❤️

Honestly one of the biggest honors of my ski career that I get to be the speaker for this iconic event 🗣️ (Scandinavian Big Mountain Championships) Second time I’m doing this now and I’m having so much fun loudly yapping away for three days

Spring is having some sort of identity crisis up here but still it’s good to be back to dem roots amongst spruce, moose & waterfall juice 🫧 (they call me the poet)
ad/ Love post to @kiasweden and my trusted sidekicks over the past three years; Carlos, Kevin, Elton, Ariel and Blue Whale. They have taken me to so many places, from Lofoten to Corsica and cross the Alps and every corner of Sweden etc etc. They’re not just cars they’re my second homes, my portable storage units, my enormous power banks. True adventure enablers ⚡️
Yesterday I dropped off Kevin and picked up a temporary big boy I’m gonna have until mid-June, when I get my official new one. At which point Imma need your help to name him or her as per usual!! But for now I will call this one Humpback 🐋 pic in stories
