For 3 years, people in Sudan have endured unimaginable violence, famine and genocide.
This is the biggest humanitarian crisis in the world, yet the world has turned away.

Our partners stepped up to support displaced communities, working around the clock to support people with food, medicine and essential supplies.
They are grassroots organisations who understand how best to support their own communities.

People in Sudan are going through Ramadan under conflict, violence and famine.
The capture of Al Fasher by the RSF after a 500 day siege has resulted in unimaginable violence and starvation.
96% of Sudanese residents in Al Fasher go to bed hungry.
Sudanese people gather to observe Ramadan despite enormous suffering and hunger.
Our incredible partner Malam Darfur Peace and Development (MDPD) distributed 1,200 food baskets to fasting residents in Al Fasher.
They are providing Iftar meals to displaced communities throughout Ramadan.
Thank you @malamdarfur for showing compassion, love and humanity.
If you’re able to, please consider donating to our work to help fund vital work, ensuring that displaced people around the world have what they need, during Ramadan and beyond.

At least 104 people have been killed in drone attacks across Sudan as rival military factions escalate violence.
Attacks have continued in Sudan’s Kordafan region since early December.
These attacks have displaced tens of thousands of people. Civilians are either trapped in besieged cities or fleeing for their lives to escape violence and persecution.
Before this recent escalation, 14 million people have been displaced as a result of this civil war which has ravaged the country for nearly 3 years.
