Usually. . . -2̶8̶2̶ Below. . . Badwater Basin, Death Valley is the lowest point in North America. This was right after the massive downpour that smacked the west coast. This shallow lake that formed was surreal when the winds calmed, it left an endless glass reflection to where you couldn’t tell where the horizon began or ended. Everything was so still it strangely left me thinking we’re all just grains of sand weathering a storm.

Reflecting on old work today and this project brought out all sorts of feels. The obvious, sickening decisions being made around the US to strip women of their basic human rights… I don’t even know where to begin with this issue nor do I understand how something like this is even possible. What I can do is support women and join the fight in making sure women have equal and protected rights!
