On Saturday we will be popping up @myattsofmockbeggarfarmshop with our Easter tablet range and our signature Roasted hazelnut & cocoa spread.
On Sunday we will be @dpgevents for their regular monthly food market repping our full range of bonons, bars and spreads.

I'll be back @abbeymillsmarket on Saturday for the first time this year with more almond, coconut and matcha spread.

I have been toying with the idea of changing my logo to make Trufflus more legible and to clarify what I do.
I decided against custom printing for now whilst I test out some ideas with stickers. Happy to iterate on any feedback that's constructive and I'll show you what it looks like all together when my boxes arrive.

Announcing a few new flavours to the current lineup:
Tropical Fruit caramel is a caramelised white chocolate ganache blended with a tropical fruit puree (pineapple, mango, passion fruit & lime). It's an old favourite back in rotation with a new coat of colours.
Cherry Bakewell is a two layer treat. First up is a layer of sour cherry pate de fruit. This is balanced with an almond white chocolate praline for the base. There is a touch of warmth with our Frangipane spice mix to finish.
Pistachio Creme is simple the finest Iranian peeled pistachios stone ground with whole milk powder, icing sugar and Madagascan vanilla. Very simple yet also very effective.
At Trufflus* we are committed to making our nut pastes, giandujas and pralines from scratch.
Making it ourselves allows us to have complete control over the end result that we serve to you.
This will be a pistachio cream made with the finest Iranian pistachio available. So watch out for it at a market near you or online.

An Xmas/weekend update...
Thanks to @picklepopups for the success of the night market in Ramsgate last night. Always a pleasure to trade there.
Some postal orders going out this morning. I'll update with the last order date. This weekends trading will determine what I have left to post out next week.
