We teamed up with
@bibigousa to build three new dishes around their bibigo kimchi sauce. Real fermented kimchi, made the way Koreans have been making it for generations. That depth and tang shaped everything.

🌶️ Kimchi BBQ Chicken
smoky glazed chicken layered with garlic, mirin, and liquid smoke. Korean fermentation meets American barbecue.
🌿 Sweet Piquillo Gimmari
crispy seaweed rolls coated in a sweet-savory glaze of Spanish Piquillo pepper and bibigo kimchi sauce. Piquillo brings the sweetness, fermentation brings the depth.
🫙 Kimchi Perilla Verde
a bright, herbaceous table sauce built on tomatillo and perilla, with bibigo kimchi sauce as the backbone. Goes on everything.
