Try these Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Lasagne with 66g protein per portion.

INGREDIENTS
(Makes 4)
* 8 lasagna sheets
* 300g low-fat cottage cheese 2%
* 60g spinach chopped
* 165g of Eatlean Protein Grated Cheese
* 450g cooked chopped chicken
* 240ml white sauce
* ½ tsp salt
* ⅓ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, spinach, 2/3 cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3. Fold in the cooked chicken.
4. In a large meal prep container, spread a thin layer of white sauce on the bottom.
5. Add 1 lasagna sheet.
6. Layer with ¼ of the chicken mixture.
7. Add another sheet.
8. Spread another thin layer of white sauce over the lasagne sheet (make sure it’s covered so it cooks properly).
9. Top with ¼ of the remaining cheese.
10. Cover tightly with foil.
11. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until noodles are tender.
12. Optional: remove the tin foil and place back in the oven for 1–2 minutes at the end for a golden top.
