Your protein dessert could never 😏 These peanut butter chocolate bites are perfect for grab and go snacks, late night cravings or 3pm sweet treats. Made with cottage cheese, packed with protein and dangerously easy to make. You’re welcome ✌️ Ingredients for 14 bites 👇 - 200g alterego cottage cheese - 120g peanut butter - 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste) - ½ tsp vanilla extract - 100g almond flour - 90g chocolate chips - 1 tsp coconut oil Recipe 🧑‍🍳 1. Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla to a blender and blend until completely smooth. 2. Pour into a bowl and mix in the almond flour until a soft dough forms. 3. Scoop onto a lined tray, then freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up the mixture. 4. Once slightly firm, roll into smooth balls. 5. Return to the freezer for 5 minutes once rolled. 6. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until melted and glossy. 7. Coat each ball in chocolate and place back onto the tray. 8. Freeze for a final 20–30 minutes until fully set.

CINNAMON SUGAR COTTAGE CHEESE CHIPS 🍫 Cottage cheese chips, have it both ways, sweet and savoury! Try my cinnamon sugar version 😏 Crispy edges, a slightly chewy centre, and perfect dipped in melted chocolate. INGREDIENTS @eat.alterego Cottage cheese Cinnamon sugar Vanilla extract (optional) Melted chocolate — or any dip you fancy METHOD • Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. • If using vanilla extract, stir it through the cottage cheese first. • Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the tray, leaving space between each one as they’ll spread slightly while baking. • Gently flatten each dollop with the back of a spoon, keeping them slightly thick so they crisp up without burning. • Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. • Bake for 25–40 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centres are set. • Leave to cool on the tray for a few minutes — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool. • Serve with melted chocolate or your favourite dip on the side. Tips: For softer, slightly chewier chips, keep the dollops a little thicker and bake closer to 25–30 minutes. They continue to crisp up as they cool, so avoid overbaking! VIRAL SNICKERS DATE BARK 🍫 Okay wow, this date bark tastes like a Snickers ice cream bar and the toasted almond flakes make the texture INSANE 🤌🏼 If you love healthy desserts, easy high protein snacks and chocolate treats that actually keep you full… you NEED to try this. Ingredients: - 12 Medjool dates - 200g (3/4 cup) @eat.alterego cottage cheese - 1 tbsp honey - 60g (1/4 cup) peanut butter - 30g (1/4 cup) toasted almond flakes - 100g dark chocolate - Flaky sea salt Method: 1. Arrange the dates onto baking paper and flatten into one layer. 2. Blend the cottage cheese with 1tbsp of honey and spread over the dates. 3. These 4 ingredient, high protein bagels are SO good they shouldn’t make sense 👀 This recipe makes 4 soft, golden bagels, each packing 10g of protein, with a light, fluffy centre and a golden crust built to handle whatever you load them with. Delivering on both flavour and function, it all comes down to one not-so-secret ingredient…cottage cheese. You’ll need👇 - 200g alterego cottage cheese - 150g self raising flour - 1 egg - Bagel seasoning - Fillings of choice Recipe 👩‍🍳 1. Blend your cottage cheese until smooth. 2. Add to a bowl with the flour. Mix, then get your hands in and bring it together into a dough. 3. Lightly knead until smooth, then split into 4. 4. Roll into balls, push a hole through the middle and stretch into bagel shapes. (Bigger hole than you think, trust us.) 5. Beat the egg, brush over your bagels, then go in with the seasoning. 6. Air fry at 180°C for around 9 minutes until golden. 7. Slice, load up your fillings and thank us later. Top tip💡 Too sticky? Add a little more flour, and remember, they rise, so don’t be shy with that centre hole!

Cottage cheese and toast: a serious staple with endless possibilities. Week 4/4, and this recipe is one not to be missed. Layer your cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes and spring onions for a properly smug upgrade on a classic cheese melt. Golden, gooey, and just a little bit superior. Exactly as intended.
