Job Title: Estimator
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and competitive bid proposals for residential developers and home builders, ensuring alignment with project budgets, timelines, and profitability goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential developers, acting as a trusted partner during budgeting, bidding, and preconstruction phases
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure a smooth handoff from estimating to construction, with clear understanding of builder expectations
- Prepare job cost templates and track budgets in alignment with subdivision progress and builder release schedules
- Track and analyze project costs
- Identify and address cost overruns while proactively communicating impacts to project teams and builder clients
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options that benefit both the company and builder partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of estimating experience in earthwork, grading, or site development; residential or tract home experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with home builders, developers, or residential construction teams
- Experience with estimating and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, project tracking tools)

Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Receive parts requests from mechanics and accurately pull required items from inventory
- Provide parts directly to shop mechanics or coordinate with parts runners for field delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system
- Order parts, tools, and shop supplies from approved vendors and suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder to maintain optimal inventory
- Keep the parts room clean, well-organized, and clearly labeled and assist shop mechanics with basics tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years in inventory management and parts coordination in a mechanical shop environment
- Computer skills and experience with inventory and project management systems
- Ability to lift and move parts and supplies up to 50 lbs

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Oiler
Job Functions & Responsibilties:
- Operate lube/fuel service trucks to safely transport and dispense fuel, oil, grease, coolant, and other fluids to heavy equipment across multiple job sites
- Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements (fuel, air, hydraulic) & fluid top-offs
- Read and interpret work orders, service schedules, and equipment manuals to ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate service logs, fuel usage records, and inspection reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience servicing heavy equipment
- Experience with John Deere, CAT & similar equipment
- Valid Hazmat Certification & Valid CDL + Tanker Endorsement
