If you're new to CrossFit you may not have found yourself upside down since you were cartwheeling around the playground as a child 🙃
Don't have handstand push ups yet? Do not worry! With gymnastics movements like handstand push ups, our focus is building mechanics, consistency, and then intensity. As with all movements our experienced coaches can provide progressions appropriate to your level. We also offer two classes per week dedicated to developing skills in gymnastics where you can put in that extra work to build strength and develop proper form with these movements, so you can apply them in your workouts. 👊
