Latina Pilates Club: Unidos on The Mat
7/17/25
This wasnât your average Pilates class. This Pilates class had some âsazĂłnâ added to it. Step aside traditional Pilates and bring out Eladio CarriĂłn, Fuerza Regida and many more Latin artists.
I am grateful to have witnessed and captured such an empowering event. Not only is this an opportunity for the Latino community to come out and try Pilates but this specific event raised funds for immigrant who are in need. The LPC community did not disappoint! Bringing in over 100 people coming together for a great cause.

Si Se Puede isnât just a phrase â itâs a promise.
Itâs the grit and tenacity of our culture, the refusal to quit no matter the weight we carry.
Itâs what our parents would tell us when the world said we couldnât.
Itâs the fuel that turns struggle into strength.
Si Se Puede isnât just a phrase.
Itâs what we live. Every struggle. Every day.

Imagine this: Every year since freshman season, thereâs been that team. The one you just couldnât beat⌠No matter how hard you fought, how much you improved, or how badly you wanted it.
But then comes senior night. Your final game on your home field. The last time youâll wear your schoolâs colors with your closest teammates. And this timeâŚ
You change the story.
You leave it all on the field and walk away with the one thing thatâs always slipped through your fingers.
A win.
The streak ends here.
I believe the photos near the end express these emotions the best.
