Towards the end of 2021, my friend Paul Watson approached me with an idea for a short film. After his pitch, he asked if I thought it would make a good film. Flash forward to today, and after countless hours of hard work and collaboration, I’m proud to announce that the short film I directed , The Painted Flame, is finally available to watch online!
There are so many people I’d like to thank. Whether you helped us for two years, one week, or just a day, I deeply appreciate everyone who contributed to the creation of this film. The Painted Flame wouldn’t have been possible without all the amazing people involved, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Here it is! The teaser trailer to our short film, The Painted Flame. A huge thank you to @tulsafmac for granting us the funds to complete our film. Paul Watson and I started writing this film together nearly two years ago and we are more than happy with how everything turned out. Thank you to everyone who was a part of this project, I enjoyed working with each and everyone of you. And a special thank you to everyone who watched our edits and gave us their honest feedback. Without you, this film wouldn’t be what it is today. Keep your eyes open for more updates as they come, but for now enjoy the teaser trailer to our film, The Painted Flame.
A huge thank you to the Will Rogers Film Festival for showing our short film, The Painted Flame. I had a great time walking through the @will_rogers_memorial_museum , a place I had not visited since I was in elementary school. Will Rogers and I share the same birthday so to watch a movie I directed at his memorial over the weekend was a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who came out to watch the film, we’re looking forward to sharing The Painted Flame with more audiences in the future!
