My super 8 film Go Pop! screens at Winnipeg’s @wndxfestival this Thursday night as part of the 20x25: One Take Retrospective! Wish I could be there to perform the live soundtrack but I’ve got some volunteers lined up to assist in my place.
This ode to Norman McLaren’s Neighbours was filmed in 2014 for the annual @onetakesuper8reginask and stars @freedomparry , @cameron.chomyn , and @okaywood (you’ll have to watch to the end to see him).

With this year’s @onetakesuper8reginask screening happening Thursday I thought I would finally post my film from last year!
Here is “Dog Day” starring @jessherbwrt , Balu the dog, @disrespectfulrapscallion , featuring a brief appearance by Samsam the cat.

This was filmed early 2024 when Jess was a few months pregnant with Arlo!

This chill little girl was born Sunday, July 28 at 5:41 AM - 8 pounds, 7 ounces and 21.5 inches long. Everyone is doing well and settling in to the new routines.
She’s pretty cool and we’re super happy to be on this adventure with her!
