an overdue post for sure…
at the beginning of april i had the opportunity to attend my second NCVF nationals with @thencvf , but this year was completely different because i got to experience it as part of the staff.
i truly had no idea what to expect going into it, but i can confidently say it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had.
of course getting to work, create content, run socials, & do what i love all week was such an amazing experience, but what made it even more special was the people. the community within NCVF is something unlike anything i’ve ever experienced. the most supportive, welcoming, hardworking staff hands down. i was so nervous going into the event, but every single person i worked with made me feel comfortable, valued, & like i belonged there from day one.
being able to not only run socials for osu men’s volleyball, but also capture content for the other 647 teams throughout the week was insane in the best way possible. getting to spend time with not just osu men’s & women’s, but also meeting athletes from so many different schools & states reminded me just how special this sport & community really is.
on top of all of that, i also had the incredible opportunity to sing the national anthem during the men’s d1 championship, which was such a surreal & unforgettable moment for me. being trusted with something so special in front of such an amazing community is something i’ll never take for granted.
kansas city gave me memories i’ll truly never forget & an experience i’ll carry with me for a very long time. forever thankful for everyone who made this week what it was.

last week, i was honored to sing the National Anthem for the @thencvf Men’s D1 Championship at the @tmobilecenter . it truly was such a surreal moment to have about 660 collegiate club teams singing along with me, to have the support & be celebrated by @osumensvolleyball & @osuwomensvolleyball & the NCVF staff as a whole… an experience i will never forget & now am able to check this off my bucket list!🎤🇺🇸 ncvf recap post coming soon!! #ncvfkc2026
