Wow - 3 days in, and already at $234,865. It's surreal that we are already here from our funding goal of $6,666. I want to thank all of the fans and retailers who have backed this. Everyone, We had an incredible launch tonight. 35 years in the making! Dynamite and Coffin Comics are working together to bring back ALL of the Evil Ernie comics during the original Chaos! Comics books from the 1990's through 2002, in 3 BEAUTIFUL volumes! The most amazing part is that we were funded in 66 seconds, and broke $100,000 in 46 minutes! And now, less than 3 hours later, we've broken $140,000. Wow. This has beat all expectations! You can see the snapshot after the announcement! We worked hand in hand with the team of Coffin Comics and the team at Dynamite Entertainment for working so hard to put this together! I cannot thank Brian Pulido, Francisca Pulido, the entire team at Coffin Comics and the entire Team at Dynamite Entertainment for building a fantastic campaign, and of course the fans who are supporting the campaign. We created this for the fans, and the fact that the fans are responding so well is incredibly gratifying and humbling. Gene Castellano dropped by to pick David Burke up and we hung out for a bit. It was nice catching up.

My bud David Burke came in from California, and he really wanted cheesesteaks. He recommended Jim's so we went there. Funny thing is I haven't had a cheesestwak in.15 or so years, and this is where I had it the. Pretty good. Had with provolone and peppers.

Daredevil #233 Page #10 by David Mazzucchelli - Born Again! Final Issue! Born Again Grand Finale! Daredevil takes on both Nuke and the Kingpin in a final confrontation which only one word can describe: "Armageddon!" I've had this page for quite a bit, and with Daredevil Born Again Season 2 hitting, it feels like the perfect time. The balance of this page is sooooo perfect. The heroes and Nuke at the top in the rain with a serious Iran Man, Daredevil holding back from taking vengeance, Nuke wanting his pill and Captain America solumn, then you have the middle panels with the rain coming down still in the left panel, then the right the inside of the building, and then you get to the Kingpin being verbally attacked by one of the mob's captains. It's just pefect. "I'm loyal to nothing, General -- except the Dream."

Daredevil #191 Page #19 by Frank Miller and Terry Austin - Present to John Cassaday! This is a beautiful page, and I'm very fortunate to be able to own it. This page was gifted to John Cassaday by Frank Miller. I'm going deep in my memory on this, but John told me the story about 27 years ago, so forgive me if I am not 100% remembering. John went to a comic convention I believe in Dallas where Frank Miller was a guest in the early '80's. I don't remember how young John was at the time, but he stood in line and went up to Frank and told him he wanted to be a comic artist like Frank. Frank was his awesome self, and signed comics for John and wished him luck. As John was leaving, Frank asked the line to hold one second, and he went and got John back, and gifted him this page with the inscription "For John Cassaday - Good Luck! Frank Miller." Frank has always been generous and kind. I respect him a lot for that. Something that makes this page more special is that it's a flashback to Matt being bullied and getting into a fight, and running home to tell his dad that he beat up the bully, but in the next page "Battlin'" Jack Murdock expressed to his son how he worked his fingers to the bone so that Matt didn't have to grow up like his dad. A really powerful sequence of pages. Kind of cool that it was a page of Matt as a kid and the art being given to John as a kid. With John's passing, in helping Tara and Robin set up sales with Heritage and everything, they allowed me to buy this page. It's beautiful. Thank you Tara and Robin.
