After traveling to 25+ countries, this is what I realized: What sticks are the interactions with the people you meet along the way, not just the tourist destinations. It’s the store clerk in a 7/11 shop. It’s meeting a stranger in a restaurant. It’s the people in the surf break. But it starts with you. You have to be open and willing to interact, to understand each person’s story without judgment.

Morning movement in the Costa Rican jungle. Itā€˜s hard to not wake up early when you got howler monkeys at 5 A.M. So you naturally just head over to the most beautiful place and start moving.

reminder that: Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

It’s the most logical and illogical decision ever. on the one hand it’s a no brainer: Why not trust yourself with the challenges that lie ahead? Why not fail faster and more often then others? Why not reap the rewards of uncertanty, risk and becoming self-sufficient? on the otherhand… Who am I to go against the grain? Why should I take this extra effort uppon me? What if I am wasting valuble years and falling behind? Nevertheless, there is only one way to find out and what makes the better story in the end is what counts. What ā€œriskyā€ decision are you holding out on?
