Welcome our newest Core Company Member, Victoria! 💙 Victoria Moot started tap at 3 years old in a combo class and immediately fell in love with the art. Since then she has participated in numerous award winning dance numbers with the Dance Project. She has previously worked with Suzy Guarino-Hall and Tap 24.7. Most recently she has started working with DXX Tap under the direction of Brendan Kellam and is loving every moment of it!

Check out another one of our guest performers, Easten aka “Crash!” Easten ‘Crash’ Kinsey is a 21 year-old tap dancer from Omaha, NE. This is his third charity show performing for DXX Tap and can’t wait to share the stage with all of the talented artists. His last 3 years have been spent training all around the country, from LA all the way to Massachusetts where he studied at the world famous Jacobs Pillow. Outside of tap dancing, you can find him at local bowling alleys and malls.

So excited we had to post 2 in one day… Here’s Glory! ✨💙 By day, Glory Linebach is a materials science graduate student; by night, she is a tap dancer. She holds degrees in Dance Studies and Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester and has experience in choreography and performance. Glory believes tap is where precision meets personality and loves how explorative, precise, and musical it can be. She is thrilled to be part of this production and can not wait to show everyone just how funky tap can be!

Let’s hear it for our next guest performer… Anisa! ✨💙 Anisa Carolina Johnson (They/Them) is a Southern California-based choreographer and performing artist. Tap dancing since the age of four, they approach their work and their life rhythmically. Training under Linda Sohl-Ellison in California, they also travel to Chicago to work with their mentor Reggio Mclaughlin and recently performed in his 26th annual Nut Tapper. In their own choreography, Johnson explores ways to integrate tap dance into concert forms performing alongside and sonically accompanying other contemporary styles.
