Humble beginnings to now. Life is a constant journey and everything happens at your own personal pace. Looking back, each of these studios had significant moments for me. All I can hope for is growth and progress. Thanks to all those who have supported along the way. ❤️
Today I was joined by the excellent @guillaume.chenin where we sat down and tried to write a song in 10 min. This was a fun exercise which helped us limit our choices and push through creatively on the fly.

Some artists need chaos to feel alive. Others need silence to remember why they create in the first place.
I first crossed paths with Mike more than a decade ago in Madrid — a city that once gave us fuel. But the thing about fuel is, it burns out.
Mike eventually moved to Bamberg. Meanwhile, I went to Valencia, and eventually Berlin.
Leaving Madrid—a city I still love—reminded me that sometimes you have to step away to take a breath, to reset.
Mike had a similar realization.
This film is about what came after.

It’s been a long time since I could switch off and this week has been the key to that. Last day in paradise but feeling ready to come back fully recharged and for the new projects on the way. Agua Amarga te quiero❤️
It’s been over 5 years since I went home and obviously a lot has happened. Seeing the family and friends was wonderful and meeting my nephew for the first time was a beautiful thing. This is definitely the most positive thing I could say about the trip. It was surreal to see the places where I grew up after such a long time abroad and even stranger to realise how foreign they feel now. I suppose it just helps reinforce the decision I made to stay out here. I really do hope things turn around though. Love you alll ❤️🙌🏻💪🏻
