Keep your body’s gas tank full! Try these options before you hit the track / trail / bike for your next race or training session and see how you feel. The number of racers and parents that use top knotch fuel and parts for their bike, but low quality nutrition and fuel for their bodies and racers is astonishing! From a trainers point of view it’s hard to make sense of it all. Maybe it’s a lack of knowledge. Maybe it’s a lack of preparation. Maybe they don’t believe it will make a difference? The human body can run optimally, or bog out, just like a bike with crappy or no fuel! Keep your gas tanks full, nutrients and vitamins high, and see if you or your racer feels a difference. Pain and adrenaline filled double podium weekend to put a stamp on the season 🏁 This dude was getting X-rays in the medical trailer less than 1 hour before the first pic was taken! After getting landed on in the heat, he rushed to the medical rig where it was determined there was no breaks. Even though he was in excruciating pain, he tuned into the task at hand and put the @westcoastcustomsracing @skidoo @redbull sled up on the box. It was even more impressive that he did it from a back row start, after taking a trip to the LCQ and winning it. Closed out the season Sunday with the final race win and clinched 2nd in the championship. Crazy weekend of pain management & recovery protocols, but we got it done ✅ Shout out to @realrecovery850 for being a phone call away and to the @snocross medical crew for getting him in and out of the rig in time for the LCQ on Friday. It feels awesome to be put under pressure, and then pull off an amazing weekend. Biggest props to @nlorenz572 for being an absolute dog and fighting for it all weekend. #fitness #recovery #snocross #athlete #racing
