Why a vendor may not be responding to your inquiry on Zola or other platforms. Most of the platforms require a vendor to pay to talk to potential customers. If your inquiry doesn't have enough information or they think you may not be a good fit for any other reason they may choose not to pay extra to have access to your email/phone. It may not be that they don't want to work with you, they are not ghosting you. They are just being strategic about their spending.
