6 years down and a lifetime to go. I wish being married to me could be as easy as being married to you has been.
I could wake up everyday and with all my might try to live a life that is deserving of the blessing God gave me when He placed you in my life, and I wouldn’t even come close.

Dani: Yes Daddy, I mean NO…. I’m NOT HAPPY!!!
Daddy: Well why not, what’s wrong?
Dani: I WANT A NEW BED!!! ( which we had already ordered but shipping had been delayed and we were told to expect it Tuesday at the earliest)
Daddy: Well I understand, but you have to be grateful for all the good things God gives you. You asked for a new play room and He gave you that plus a whole, brand new house. So you can still be thankful for those things and when you tell God thank you, it makes Him happy and proud. Then He’ll likely give you more good things, ok?
Dani: Ok daddy! (Then she proceeds to go over to the couch)…..Don’t look at me Daddy!
Daddy: Ummmmm…..ok 🤨 (thinking to myself… “who this lil chicken head talking to?”)
Dani: (She kneels down)…Dear God, thank you for my house…and my play room…(followed by continued mumbling that only God could understand 😂)
We all say amen, finish breakfast and go to church.
