When it's Mother's day aaand your birthday, I'd hack my son's spotify playlists and play the exact same nostalgic song 3 different times in a day just to say hi too. She's just keeping up the running joke of being the one to call me on hER day - sometimes even wishing herself happy birthday before I could get it out. My, the energy of this spirit that I am so lucky to share part of.

Looking back on 2021 as one of the most dynamic years of my life. So much growth, expansion, contraction...change.
I learned new ways of gaining control over my mind, my environment, my journey. I was also forced in many ways to accept how little control I do have, and to let go.
I made so many new incredible connections,
Revisited so many cherished ones from the past.
I auditioned and booked more than any previous.
Went on more adventures than I can remember, chased allllll the sunsets & sunrises.
I burned out and learned how much "rest hard" needs to be a part of my "work hard + play hard" formula, that despite my constant attempts at being superhuman, and occasionally experiencing surprising feats, that I am still just human.
Wishing 2022 brings in similar continued growth & understanding of what it means to be human, for us all.
