Crazy weekend at the @ibjjf NY Spring Open. I was SO nervous to compete - thank you to everyone who talked me off the ledge this month and to all my beautiful training partners and mentors❣️

I had a rough start (slide 5) but somehow made it through. Shout out to our epic corner.
This was one of the most mentally and physically challenging things I’ve ever tried. So appreciative of all the competitors and the experience. Nothing quite like trying to choke down cold rice in the parking lot while you are shaking like a wet dog 🥲
